Puchong Yong Tau Foo @ Batu 14, Kampung Baru Puchong
Jun 17, 2012
Nothing new, I have been revisiting this restaurant for uncountable times yet it is not in any of my reviews yet. No doubt, they are good and they have been operating for years and still always a crowd pleaser.
Puchong Yong Tau Foo @ Batu 14, Kampung Baru Puchong is located within the Hakka Village directly opposite SK Puchong Batu 14 school.
The restaurant is known for its freshest and tastiest Yong Tau Foo in Kuala Lumpur!
Pick your choice- fresh vegetables- chillis, bitter gourd, brinjals or ladies fingers from the basket and hand it over to the kitchen staff and they will stuff a generous amount of fresh fish paste made from Spanish mackerel and they start frying them straight away.
Other than this, there are fried bean curd (foo chook), tofu and tofu puffs as well. Besides opting for deep-fried, you may choose to have them served in sweet soup prepared with anchovies stock and plenty of sweet vege leaves.
Not forgetting to dip the yong tau foo in the chilli and sweet black bean sauce too!
Fresh, crispy, sweet and tasty! Always the best place to visit if you are craving for Yong Tau Foo!
